Double Queen (#21 and #24) - Large bedroom with two queen beds and one bathroom. 4 person occupancy

One Bedroom Suite - One bedroom with queen bed, two bathrooms, and a living room with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. 4 person occupancy

Two Bedroom Suites (#26 and #39) - two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with a fold down couch. 6 person occupancy

#16 features one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen and large living room with a fold down sofa and a small front porch. 4 person occupancy

#17 features one bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living room with a pullout sleeper sofa. 4 person occupancy

#23 features a large bedroom with two queen beds, one bathroom, a full kitchen, a living room with a pullout sleeper sofa, and a covered front porch facing Ludington Ave.

Penthouse 1 - One of the two units located on the second floor, this unit has a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan from its Living Room. It includes three bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Penthouse 2 - The second unit located on the second floor, this unit includes two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room, and a living wtih a pullout sleeper sofa. ​​
